Award winning director Nigel Dick has directed 22 films and documentaries and over 300 music videos for artists such as Britney Spears, Oasis, Guns N Roses, REM, Nickelback, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Sheryl Crow & Sting etc. His work has won 3 MTV awards with a further 22 nominations. He has shot documentary films for Slipstream Sports and Rapha cycle-wear as well as footage of many rock tours. Other documentary work includes films on cancer research, the Holocaust and the Tour de France. His many commercial credits include Sprint, Target, Bud Light, Pepsi, Competitivecycling.com, Cervelo Bikes and Alka Seltzer. He has filmed interviews with a number of cycling legends past & present including Bernard Hinault, Greg Lemond, David Millar and Christian Vande Velde. 

Dick has ridden in 14 countries including Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Spain, Canada, Brazil and Mexico and climbed a number of the Tour’s famous Cols including l’Alpe d’Huez & Mont Ventoux.

GRAEME FIFE – Writer

Award winning writer Graeme Fife has written two celebrated books about the Tour De France: Tour de France The History, The Legend, The Riders; and Inside The Peloton. He also translated Albert Londres fascinating Tour de Suffrance into English. His many other published books cover a range of topics from King Arthur, French & Greek History to Boxing. He is also a prolific playwright and has written extensively for the BBC. During his writing career Fife has interviewed many of the most notable TdF riders past and present including Raymond Poulidor, Bernard Thevenet, Bernard Hinault, Laurent Fignon, Chris Boardman, David Millar and George Hincapie. He next book is Massif Pyrenees a guide to the best climbs of the Pyrenees as featured in the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana. His most recent book – The Beautiful Machine, a memoir of a life spent in and around cycling – is currently available from Mainstream.

Fife has ridden every famous col of the Tour at least once and completed the Raid Pyreneen on 3 occasions. He has ridden with notable TdF riders Sean Kelly, Phil Anderson and Brian Robinson and also with Phil Liggett, the voice of cycling.

BRUCE OCHMANEK – Editor

Award winning editor, Bruce Ochmanek, has edited videos for Michael Jackson, Oasis, Celine Dion, Santana and Ozzy Osbourne and long forms for Nsync and Roger Waters. His many commercial credits include McDonalds, Acura, ESPN, CBS Sports and Fox Sports.

Ochmanek has ridden extensively for 30 years, has climbed l’Alpe d’Huez, and has Jan Ullrich’s autograph.
